①  直立式注射油壓缸型 (vertical type injection cylinder)

     1-1. 優(yōu)點(strong point)：注射的精度好控制 (injection precision easy)

                     活塞不易磨損 ( cylinder pistion don’t easy wear)

                     注射桿頭不易磨損 (injection head don’t easy wear)

     1-2. 缺點(defect point)：因直立式高度比其它形式高(the machine more higher the others)

②  V型注射方式與直立式注射方式大致相同(V type injection with vertical type injection same fuction )

③ 直立式雙注射油壓缸型 (vertical type twice injection cylinder )

     3-1. 優(yōu)點(strong point)：注射油壓缸高度可減低些 (the cylinder more lower than (1)

     3-2. 缺點(defect point)：由于雙組注射油壓缸,注射時左右會產生不平衡,

                      致左右油壓缸活塞易磨損還有螺桿入膠口高度會更高些(because of twice cylinder , and not easy same time  to do injection , and it will be easy wear and broken down.)

④  水平式(臥式)注射系統(tǒng)(horizontal type injection cylinder)

     4-1. 優(yōu)點(strong point)：可降低高度 (the machine more lower than others)

     4-2. 缺點(defect point)：A. 水平式注射系統(tǒng),注膠時經90°角轉入模具

                           會減少注射壓力及控制精度(the  rubber injection need 90 °bending to mold , it will reduce the injection  control precision)

                      B. 注射油缸活塞左右作動作,活塞圓柱及油缸內圓易磨損

                         變成橢圓型至一段時間產生注射壓力內泄壓,注膠量精度不準確

(it easy to make the pistion wear and change as oval ,and oil leakage & reduce injection precision)
